Adam Edge – ES Level 3 Coach

Adam is a Level 3 qualified England Squash coach.  Adam’s home county is Buckinghamshire and has been working with juniors across Bucks and a county level.    He brings with him a wealth of playing experience having represented Bucks at junior, men’s and over 35’s teams.

Daniel Moreno – ES Level 2 Coach

Daniel is a Middlesex Junior Squash Coach and an England Squash Level 2 Coach based in North London and he is currently delivering a range of squash training programmes to both juniors and adults at Oakleigh Park (N20 ) and Stormont (N6).

He came to squash relatively late once in his 40’s but developed rapidly both as a player and a quality coach thanks to his sports background, dedication and passion for the sport. Daniel grew up in Barcelona where, as a junior, he was a high performance tennis player competing at national level. Daniel has a BA Hons in Economics, a MSc in Banking and Finance and a 20 year long career in the finance sector.

“When I played squash for the first time, I fell in love with the sport right away: the intensity, the pace, so much fun! I think my tennis background gave me a head start but I soon realised the transition to squash would not be plain sailing as the technique and movement in these two racket sports are rather different. I now play for the Stormont team in the Middlesex Seniors Squash League and enjoy coaching players of all ages and abilities”

Amreen Dhillon – ES Level 1 Coach

From a beginner to a qualified coach, I have had an amazing experience in my journey of learning how to play Squash. It is a sport full of excitement that has enabled me to become a confident player, and I am incredibly glad to have achieved my England Squash Level 1 Coaching qualification. It is an honour to be able to help players of all ages and abilities to grow into the best player they can be.  Outside of Squash, I am currently studying Maths, Biology, and Chemistry at A-Level, and hope to pursue science further in my future. I am also a part of the Oakwood netball team, and used to participate in karate.

Eliza Clift – ES Level 1 Coach

I love squash and have played regularly since I was 11 years old. I went on to join the Middlesex Squad in 2019 and achieved my level 1 coach award in 2023. As well as being in my final year of A-levels, I hope to move onto my level 2 coach award soon.  Having experienced high-level coaching, I know how important the guidance of a good coach is. I enjoy seeing others develop and refine their skills and techniques, as well as gain a love for the sport.  It would be brilliant to see more women represented in squash and I hope I can support more young people - particularly girls - to realise their potential and enjoy playing squash as much as I do!

Caitlin Carter – ES Level 1 Coach

Caitlin started playing squash as a junior, participating in events such as the London youth games and playing in local clubs and leagues. She plays squash regularly and is a member of the ladies team.  Caitlin has a background in television and media and a BSc(hons) in Physiotherapy and has practiced  as a physiotherapist for over ten years. I enjoy all sports and found that squash is fast paced and fun. Being part of a club or group, allows people to meet and make new friendships while having fun, getting fit and improving their game. I believe that giving children and adults the opportunity to participate in sport while having fun is key to maintaining good health and fitness. I would like to see more people participating in sport and activity regularly to prevent illness and improve mental health and wellbeing.  Caitlin is currently an England Squash Level 1 Coach with several years’  experience and enjoys teaching children and adults of all abilities in North London. She plans to complete the Level 2 squash coaching course this year.
